This keeps us in control and we benefit from working out how to resolve it and grow from the experiences while still having strong support to guide us through. Being neutral he often gives us a perspective we had not even considered.
Just prior to the current recession we had a record year for turnover with the Leadership Group working well together and hitting our quarterly goals regularly. Meeting rhythms were good and we recorded a record profit for the year too, after just working with Leigh for 2 years.
